Your business records belong to you. Quoted prepares and stores your work on your device.
Your records stay with you
Quoted stores your business profile, logo, customers, quotes, invoices, rates, photographs and recordings on your device. We do not operate a document-sync service or receive these records. An enabled iCloud device backup may contain them. Keep an export somewhere safe.
Preparing your quotes
Speech transcription runs on your device using Apple’s speech technology. Where supported and available, the system’s on-device language model organizes your words into a proposed quote. Quoted does not send recordings, job descriptions or customer details to an external model provider. Required system assets may need to download first. If automatic preparation is unavailable, you can dictate, type and edit the draft yourself. Always review quantities, prices and client details.
You choose what to share
System photo and contact pickers give Quoted only the items you select. Sharing a PDF or export sends it to the app, destination and recipient you choose, under their policies. We do not send quotes or reminders to your customers automatically.
Purchases
Apple processes subscriptions. Quoted verifies entitlements with StoreKit and keeps purchase associations and your free-quote count locally, including in the device Keychain. We do not receive payment-card details or send your purchase history to our own server.
Anonymous usage analytics
To fix and improve the app, Quoted collects anonymous usage analytics: screens opened, taps and feature use, onboarding and quote steps (counts only), purchase events, the app and iOS version, the device model and your approximate location (country or region, derived from your IP address). Events carry a random identifier created on your device, not your name, email or Apple ID. They are processed by Amplitude, which may record a masked replay of screen activity on screens that show no customer or business information. Your customers, quotes, invoices, recordings, photographs, rates and business details are never recorded or sent to analytics. You can turn analytics and replay off at any time in Settings under Privacy, Share analytics.
No tracking or advertising
Quoted has no advertising SDK. We do not sell personal information, track you across other companies' apps or websites or share your records with data brokers.
Your choices
You can remove microphone permission or notifications in iOS Settings. Export your data from Quoted Settings. Deleting the app removes local documents, although device backups and Keychain records can remain. Keep your export before deleting the app. We cannot recover business records we do not hold.
Support and this website
If you email support, we receive the information you choose to include and use it to answer your request. Avoid sending sensitive customer documents. This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes normal network and security information needed to serve it. It has no analytics, advertising, tracking cookies or third-party scripts.
