Add your business logo
During setup, open Add your business logo. You can also find it in Settings, under Your documents. Choose a PNG, JPEG or HEIC image from Photos or Files. Transparent PNGs keep their clear background.
Prepare a quote
Describe the job out loud or type the work, materials and your prices. Build the draft, check every line, add your customer and preview the PDF. On devices without automatic preparation, your words become an editable draft.
Restore Pro
Open Settings and choose Restore purchases. Use the Apple Account that bought Pro. To cancel or change your plan, choose Manage subscription. Contact Apple for billing and refund requests.
Keep a copy of your work
Settings → Export all data creates a ZIP containing your business records and documents. Save it to Files or another location you trust before deleting the app or changing devices.
A share or recording did not finish
Open the saved job and check its draft. If microphone access was denied, enable it in iOS Settings or type instead. A completed share means the document was handed to your chosen app; it does not confirm delivery to the recipient.
